DELIVERY
All stock items are dispatched in 5 days from receipt of an order, your order is fully tracked, you will receive an order confirmation with a unique order number when you place your order. You can track your order on the Fastway system with your unique code.

RETURNS
If you need to return a product, please email eddierockets@edgepromotions.com and we’ll email you the returns form.  Returns may be made by post (note that this may incur an additional expense), and should be made within 30 days of receipt of item/s.

SECURITY & PAYMENTS
The information you send us regarding your purchase is encrypted which makes it unusable if it is intercepted. This store uses the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that permits encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name and address and critically sensitive information, like your credit card number. All transactions are encrypted with a 128 bit pass-key.
